C & M Music Auction

C&M Music Center in Hattiesburg has been closed since Hurricane Katrina due to major damage to the roof........ AND -
As a result of Hurricane Katrina, C&M Music (Hattiesburg Location only) has hired an auction company to liquidate the remaining inventory from the store. The entire inventory will be sold on Saturday November 19th, 2005. It is available for viewing on Friday November 18th from 9am - 3pm and absentee bids are accepted online as well. All inventory has been graded and tested as to condition.
After rescuing many items, there is still over $500,000 (at retail) left of inventory at the location to be auctioned. Many great deals waiting for someone to scoop up on...
Any serious but specific inquiries can be directed to Brian McLelland or any staff member at 601-545-2565 (serious inquiries only please!).
You can check out http://www.servcorpii.com/auction_No8.htm for more info and more pics of the gear.....
We Will Re-open for regular business the following week!! FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went. Took them about 10 1/2 to sell damn near everything. Some things went for a fraction of what they were worth, while others went for more than retail. Some people made out like bandits, and others obviously didn't do their homework.

One funny thing that happened is that someone not affiliated with the store put all the power supplies for all the electronic gear they sold in a box and auctioned the box off seperately. Therefore, if your rack unit, keyboard, digital recording device, amp, or anything else electronic didn't come in the box or have the A.C. cable permantly attatched, you will have to go buy a new power supply seperately. All sales final/as is.
